Shipping Information:
Shipping is free of charge (included in price). Orders normally ship within 3 business days. Shipments are to the contiguous (48) United States only. Shipment for stoves will be via common carrier and transit time can vary from 1 to 10 days. Orders may cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. Cancellation after your order ships will incur some charges for freight. Your refund amount will be determined at that time. Refunds will be applied to your credit card.

Your order will be delivered to a freight terminal. The terminal will contact you when it is ready for pickup.

INSPECT YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU ACCEPT IT. Damage in transit must be noted on the bill of lading. If you find damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment. Contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund. In the event of cosmetic damage, you have the option of noting the damage on the bill of lading AND accepting the product & contacting us. We will file a claim with the carrier for the damage incurred and ship replacement repair parts to you at no charge. (Failure to note all damages on the bill of lading results in disallowance of any freight claim) Refusal to accept your order for any reason other than damage in transit might incur charges for return freight and/or restocking.
