Shipping included in price, no extra cost! Factory will ship on motor freight truck to terminal or freight hub center that services buyer's area. In Case of Damage: Buyer will need to inspect stove on pick up, and refuse shipment if you notice box damage and see considerable damage on stove…do not accept. Another similar unit will be replaced or a refund can be made on purchase price.
However, remember that cosmetic scratches can be fixed with a can of paint, we will help with that.
